Unsatisfactory.... I had just acquired my first computer. When my screen displayed upside-down during a snow event, this was the only place I could access for help. The technician fixed it all right, for $45.00, but failed to tell me the cause, which was a word processor incompatible with my operating system. This is something a technician should have known; I told him what apps were on my computer and that I was new to all this. I feel VERY taken advantage of, as this isn't the only incident.He missed out on a chance to sell me a word processor dated 2010 or better that would have worked.

I absolutely love the printing convince of this store. So many print jobs and no need to worry if you have the right paper or if you ran out of ink or if your ink has dried out. Always exceptional quality and service. Thanks Office Depot.
