I found Northwest Motorsport through AutoTrader when expanding my very narrow search of cars to others I didn't know much about. I was looking for a very specific make, model, color, year, mileage, price, etc. compact SUV and honestly was not being very realistic. After doing some research, I decided to test drive a few cars that they had on the lot. The selection was broad and competitively-priced, and even when they didn't have the car I was interested in on the lot, they had it brought from a different one for me to look at. I was able to test drive a few cars, inspect it, and ask questions without ever feeling like I was receiving a sales pitch. My sales member was Russell Ralph, and I truly could not have asked for a better person to help me find what I was looking for. He treated me like I was family and made me feel very comfortable with the car and the dealership as a whole. I have never received such stellar service from a salesperson of any kind, and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a car. They take care of not only their cars, but also their customers. Russell was very respectful of my opinion and concerns, and never made me feel as though he did not value my time as much as his own. I wound up purchasing a different car than I had walked in thinking I'd get, and I'm 100% happy with my decision. They run financing through and compare rates at different credit unions, so chances are you'll get a decent deal - but do compare rates on your own beforehand so you know what sort of number you're anticipating if financing and what you could get elsewhere if they can't meet your expectations. Do make sure to bring a copy of your insurance and driver's license if you would like to test drive - it seems to vary completely based on dealership regarding what is required (one Toyota dealership didn't even ask for my license)...
