I like that there's a good variety of toys and coloring for the kids when you're using the telmate video visits it makes it very nice that you can bring the kids. It is hard to reach people at the desk to put money on someone's books I've noticed. Several times a staff member has passed by by chance and I intercepted making it kind of inconvenient for both people involved. The staff is friendly and understanding
