Nine2fit is an awesome program. David is extremely personable and also very knowledgeable about fitness. He created a personalized plan for me and I got to watch him make via screen sharing after having a 30 minute skype session. It was a very cool process and I am still going strong with the workouts. He is always there to make changes if I feel there needs to be one. Anyways, I highly recommend this program!
