This was a sensitive tooth that became a root canal. Crazy situation but excellent dental care. A tooth had been bothering me for 3 days. I saw my dentist, then got sent to Dr. Nguyen. Short, fast, yes I need a root canal. Out to the front desk and get asked: "How does 7 AM tomorrow sound?" Good news, I don't have to deal with the tooth. Bad news, my wife isn't a morning person. In the "middle of the night," as my wife said, we arrived. Dr. Moran talks with me, checks and confirms the need. He takes the time to talk about my concerns. Simply put, I've had some bad dental care and really don't like to go to the dentist. Pain killer, nitrous, root canal and done. I'm out with detailed instructions. Third day after care, I get a pleasant phone call asking how I'm doing. Realized later the call was a detailed check on how I was doing. How to evaluate the care? I had a tooth problem and it was treated very quickly. The entire staff were highly skilled. While treatment was fast, I never felt like a number or "The root canal in number 4." While I really don't like root canals, the care could not have been better or faster. I high recommend Dr. Nguyen, Dr Moran and their staff.
