I’ve been going to Neiman for a while and can totally see that the service is getting worse and worse. Sunday afternoon 3PM, the beauty department is ran by 2 persons, and funny enough, 1 person was talking to a lady forever trying to complain or get herself a new job. When I tried to look at the Dior line, she completely blocked the products and didn’t care. I’ve seen at least 3 groups of people waiting and wondering to get helped, and end up giving up. Given that Nordstrom is actually way more convenient, I won’t bother to come to Neiman anymore. If Neiman’s management doesn’t bother to get the operations back, quickly enough they’re gonna see a loss for this location.
