Very none responsive company. Been trying to call for 3 days to clear up a billing issue. Recording asks to select from 3 choices, tried them all and nothing happens. As for the billing issue, I pay as soon as invoice received (snail mail). It shows being paid out of my account yet 3 times in the recent past they forward the balance as if it hasn't been paid. Can't get them to pick up the phone. Not recommended. Looking for other options as this point.
