Natural Concept Landscape

Natural Concepts has winterized my irrigation system for several years. Never had a problem and always did a good job. I called and scheduled it to be done this year and a very nice lady said since they had done my system before they would be glad to do it again but that they weren't accepting any new customers. Then I get a call from I assume the guy that does the winterization and was told they had already done my area and it didn't make sense to come out for one house, even though I had been a customer in the past. Apparently he and the lady I spoke to have different schedules.
