I was looking to repair my dryer and knew that the dryer switch needed replacement with very high probability. Before making an appointment I asked if a dryer switch issue would be resolved on visiting and was assured that techs have parts on hand for my dryer model. On coming out the tech confirmed it was the dryer switch but said he didn't have parts and it wouldn't be until over a month later till repairs could be done. A month is unacceptable to go without a dryer (for anyone I would think). Had I known repairing the dryer switch was going to take this long, I wouldn't have wasted money and time on a service call. Please check on repair timelines or you may be disappointed.
