If I could give this place zero stars I would. The management here is the most unorganized I have ever seen, and that's coming from someone who has worked in management for 12 + years. We did a lease take over and it took them months after we moved in to actually put us on the lease. Upon moving in we simply wrote our names on a piece of paper. The office NEVER answers the phone. If theres an issue you have to go in person or you'll never get anything fixed or questions answered. Then, once our lease renewal was approaching, my fiancé and I kept going to the office to ask for our lease renewal and they kept telling us that it would be sent to us in the mail by corporate and that we could pay our normal amount on a month to month until the lease renewal came in the mail. Then we go in to pick up a package a few days after our lease is officially up and they give us the renewal which they claim the had the whole time. A few days later someone from the front office called to tell us we must give a 30 day notice to move out because we aren't within our lease terms to give the normal 20 days, and that the rate would go up by almost $700 on a prorated amount for the month to month! When I explained I got the renewal late and this was their fault, the front desk woman told me theres no proof I didn't get it in time so I must be lying?!?! This place really needs better organization, communication, and customer service training. Its not worth your money to move to this terrible place. Plus the water/sewage/garbage is WAY more expensive than a standard house!
