Wasn't certain we needed a new car, but I had been looking at a MB wagon. We were on vacation in Bellingham and stopped in for possible test drive. No wagons, but Richard, the wonderful, patient salesperson, showed my husband an SUV that would better fit him (He's very tall with broad shoulders). We left with Richard offering to do what he could to help us.
We finally decided on an SUV but if it had burl walnut trim. Richard found us one with Package 3 features and gave us a great deal. So good that we drove from Bothell, WA to Bellingham to buy from Richard.
He treated us very well. Was patient with us and our young son. Explained everything and made the whole experience pleasant. Additionally, about half way home, I realized I'd left my phone there. Richard met us in Mt. Vernon to return it to me. That is personal service!
When we our ready for our next car, we will visit Richard and Bellingham MB dealership first.
