Our experience was really good, because of our salesman, Rick Herrera. He listened well and very was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different cars as we asked questions. He was also very patient as we went back and forth driving different cars,...more than once! It was like he had all the time in the world for us, so we never felt hurried or pressured. This was actually a fun car buying experience! and that rarely every happens. He's also been great on follow-up of some minor little things after the sale...like getting my CD's that I left in my trade-in back to me. Still just as kind and patient as before the sale. Larry, the money/paperwork guy, was also very nice and efficient. We got the papers done in record time!
