The Maverick

Clearly an amazing up & coming location with soo many food options nearby. But, what makes this place amazing is the staff. From maintenance to everyone in the office; they're so helpful and friendly. I've lived here since day one of opening and I really don't see myself ever needing to leave. I mean just look at that view most of us have!

I've been here since it first opened in June 17' and have enjoyed it immensely. Compared to other apartments I've lived in, this one is by far the quietest with no drama. The only issue I've run into is the smell of pot in the hall which management addressed as best they could. Thankfully it never seeped into my apartment. As long as I don't fall into a pile of cash and can move into a luxury apartment in downtown, I'll definitely continue to stay here.
