Mattress Firm Covington

Stopped into the Covington store. Friendly staff left us alone after an initial greeting, than they were very attentive when we had some questions. Purchased a mattress at a fair price. Delivery truck was late but the did keep in touch and were professional when they arrived. During checkout we were informed about a price guarantee, I figured sure what ever, they would have some loophole to get out of it. Two weeks later we found the same mattress cheeper. We showed them the add and we received a check a week later. Very happy with the overall experience .

I wish I could give them a lower rating than one star. Mattress firm is a company that cannot be trusted and does not care about their customers. Please to anyone looking to purchase, save yourself the headaches. I purchased a mattress from them this past weekend, and the mattress is 3" shorter in length than the box spring. The mattress should be 80" long according to the manufacturer website, but is only 77". The manager of the store told me this is not uncommon, and they will not do anything about it and I should have noticed it being short prior to leaving the store. The manager just laughed it off and did not seem concerned. Fed me a line about they shrink because they store them up right, and the manufacturer doesn't monitor length. This is a Simmons beautyrest windward legend series. Supposedly the top of their line.
