I heard so many good things about his professional workmanship in remodeling from a friend. He was very friendly and communicated well AT FIRST.
I am so sorry for those who are running same issue as me through the company.
However, when time came to do the major work for our remodeling job. I was unable to get hold of him. He does not answer my phone calls and only text me infrequently when he needs excuse. He will simply not talk to me when he cannot keep his promise - very unprofessional!!!
The most disappointing fact is that I told him it is ok to notified me if there is a delay. I time and time again told him to communicate with me if he cannot make it. Our family had to move everything around his schedule than he simply does not show up nor answer my call. I am so frustrated that I had to plan and plan again for the remodel schedule. He does not take responsibility for his shortcoming and does what it is best for himself.
If you want cheap remodeling job, YES you might get discount. But you do NOT get professional guidance from the owner in your journey of remodeling. The process has been so painful that I want to help anybody who are thinking of using his service in the future. You pay what you get for but I think for Amartin Construction you don't even get what you paid.
If you want professional service with the professional process, please think twice.
