I had a decent experience here up until my last few months. A new management company took over, raised my rent over $200, refused to negotiate or work with me on it. Took 3 weeks to have someone come fix something small.
They say my unit is partially renovated, half my outlets don't work, the stove is ancient, the cabinets in the kitchen have a piece of ply wood as the bottom, black mold, and water damaged walls.
This place is a JOKE.
