Very friendly customer service. Went there because my phone was stuck underneath the rear seat of my Rav4 (I couldn't take it out using any of my home tools). They managed to take some time out of their busy schedule and finished it really quick. On top of that, they didn't even charge me anything. I would recommend that place to anyone; sometimes one friendly interaction elevates your entire day.
