We purchased a couch, loveseat, and ottoman here in December 2016. It arrived in January 2017. The guys who delivered it were very nice and set it up how I wanted it. We love our living room set! Edit: the couch cushions started looking bad after less than six months, and they had been hardy used during that time. A beam under the couch broke as well. Service (repairs) through the store have been decent.
