Lowe's Home Improvement

Worst service ever! I will never go back here and will never suggest buying products from this store in particular. We came in to purchase all new appliances for our kitchen. It took about an hour for someone to help us. We ordered a fridge, oven, hood and dishwasher. The soonest they could deliver was 2 weeks out! They called the next day and said they couldn't get the oven until next month. We asked can't you get it from another Lowe's and we were told it's too hard for them to do that. We went to the Lowe's about 5 miles further south, purchased the exact same oven & it was delivered 5 days later. We were supposed to have our other items from the 196th Lowe's delivered today. We were assured they would call before the delivery. We called the store manager the first thing this morning & were reassured they would call with a time frame for delivery. We came home to a note saying they missed us and could not delivered our items. We have been trying to get a hold of a manger for three hours now! Nobody answers the phone, we get transferred, we are told someone will call us back, etc. This process of getting new appliances should be fun and exciting. This has been nothing but stressful. At this point I want to cancel our order, get our money back and take our business elsewhere!!!
