Do not trust them, Progressive took my car after an auto accident to Lou's Automotive. I was Tboned on my driver side, September 2015, I get my car back November 2015. There were still issues with my car, so Progressive told me to take it to Ford, I did the following day. I get a call around 5pm from Ford saying that who ever did the repairs (Lou's Automotive) tried to kill me. They disconnected the back seat belt bolts, They did NOT take my car to have the airbags recalibrated, did a terrible paint job, left wires and wiring harnesses lying around, and they disconnected the Fuel Pump mount, so the fuel pump was rattling around under my back seat, the lady from Ford told me the car could have blown up at anytime with it rattling around. Do not trust Lou's Automotive, this company should be shut down for what they did.
