The Lodge at Mallard's Landing

I have worked at the Lodge for over 6 years now and it’s truly an amazing place to be. My boss is one of the best, so good to all of her employees and cares deeply about the residents and does her best to fulfill their wants and needs to the best of her ability. I love being able to interact with all of the residents and learn about their lives and their stories. The residents are so welcoming to new ones, and form such close bonds with each other that everyone there becomes one big family. I’d recommend this place to anyone I knew that was looking for this type of place for themselves or their loved ones because of how well they are treated by not just the staff, but fellow residents. I’ve learned so much, work wise, and life wise and I wouldn’t change my time here for anything!
