I'm not usually one to post reviews other than positive ones, but I just need to be honest about what happened to me here. First off, I tried to establish care here literally four times, but they continued to have no record of me asking. Then I went to get a minor routine procedure done, but they sent me to a more advanced test because of past abnormalities. When I went to get it at the specialist, they turned me down for not having gotten the screening done first. On an unrelated issue, I called them a few times about a referral, never got a call back. Went in for an appointment to get the referral, then they couldn't find a record of it. And to top it off, my pharmacy faxed a refill request, and it turned out I had to go in to see them, so I scheduled an appointment, then got at least six phone calls about the refill request that had already been resolved. I'm giving two stars because the staff there and ARNP Shawna Charles are all really sweet and professional, but the communication is lacking hardcore and it's been a really frustrating and unfortunate couple of months. :/

This place just keeps getting worse. I got a referral for massage (which they lost twice) about 7 or 8 months ago and my massage therapist wouldn't take my new insurance. They insisted I come in again for another referral instead of just sending that same referral to a new place. I sit at a desk at work and I drive quite frequently, so there's literally no reason for me to come in, my lifestyle hasn't changed at all. They're only in this to make money and obviously don't care about the people they serve. Down to one star.
