Recent service to our mower was not very good. After paying for a high price for service I determined the machine was not serviced as charged. The billed indicated air and fuel filters were changed, oil changed, greased and spark plugs replaced and other maintenance items. Upon loading the machine to return home I noticed it was not greased. When I returned home I noticed the fuel filter was not changed. The biggest issue is that it was returned with a flat tire off the rim. The staff indicated the tire was split. If it split it happened while being serviced because it was not split when it was dropped off. The owner offered to make it right but at this point I have zero confidence to allow them to work on anything. For $150 I got 2 spark plugs, oil change and air filters. I have to pay another $75 dollars to fix the tire as well. If I could rate them negative stars I would. Horrible!
