Helpful. However, I decided to purchase a spot closer to my address in Vancouver after two days from purchasing a spot Lewis River; I requested to get out of my lease with my refund. The staff/company told me I couldn't get a refund, essentially wasting a month and half worth of payment that I put up-front. After talking to the actual manager, I was able to get the half of my total up-front cost back to me. They made an easy $70 for not using the spot at all for only two days of my actual purchase time.
