Most L. Schwab's locations will make every effort to be sure you're satisfied. The Capital Mall area one has been excellent for me for about 20 years. Before that I went to the Percival Landing area store and switched when they changed management. Yes, they may try to upsell you on occasion, something that the entire automobile industry has always done. So educate yourself on cars & how they run or accept that you will frequently be paying more than you need to and / or sometimes replacing something before it truly needs to be replaced. Just like with a doctor, if you're not feeling good about a diagnosis get a second opinion. Bottom line is that my own experience with this particular location is that they are, at least with me, not into the hard sell.
