Les Schwab Tire Center

Was in a bind, my son tried to fix his brakes on his own while away at college(trying to save mom and dad some money), didn't work so well, need help asap, It's Saturday and he needs his car Monday for school and ROTC, i remember seeing commercial on how friendly and fast Les Schwab is, I called them ASAP, informed them of my situation, and they said bring it in we will do the best we can, mind you this was only front brakes being replaced. I received a quote and trusted my son would be taken care of, mom and dad are 900 miles away, feeling a little anxious. So now it's Monday 5 o'clock, car is just now done, was told we would have car back first thing in the morning on Monday , son missed class and ROTC and we were billed 150.00 more than quoted (front brakes) seems a little steep, no help from anyone there to adjust bill in any way knowing they have room.... we all know there is a mark up and that's how you make your money but when you have made Momma Bear mad one would think this would be the time to do it. Sad, just very sad
