Jacob B. Smith did nothing but waste a year of my time and my money. He always had a new excuse as to why he didn't get done what he was supposed to have done. He had a tooth abscess, his wife was in the hospital, he was sick...and many more. I gave him so many chances to get things done but finally after a year I gave up on him and hired someone else. I absolutely do not recommend him.
