Arrived for my appointment (that was confirmed many weeks in advance by phone, email and text) but their schedule "lost the appointment". Despite their mistake and me proving that my appointment was confirmed, there was no effort to explain, apologize or even rectify the situation by trying to fit me in. The best they could do was say "I don't know", shrug and schedule me for another day and time with no guarantees. Awful customer service. What a complete waste of time. Looks like I'll be looking for another dentist that actually keeps appointments with patients.
