Larkspur Place Apartment Homes

Management was nice enough to send me actual photos of my apartment when i was contemplating moving in. The vaulted ceilings are tan walls with white trim are a nice touch and the wood fireplace is awesome. There are plenty of windows and the layout is decent. Some of the negatives are that they walls are quite thin. I can hear the person the apartment next to mine snore at night. The window insulation is pretty bad in the winter. Expect to keep your heat on all day/night if you like it toasty warm. In my opinion these are nice apartments but if you are looking for something a bit more economical you can find cheaper. At larkspur you have to pay water/trash/elec which adds up at the end of the month.
