I was always treated with respect from you all. I will miss Terry's happy face. He is wonderful and my Grand Daughter loved going with me there. I no longer live in the Lakewood area. But now I am a little concerned for you have NOT sent me my balance owed to me. It has been over 3 weeks now. Terry would you please move their asses if u can? lol an x customer... Sandy ... I am the lady with the wolf spider infestation at the Chandelle apartments... # 10... Ring a bell anyone!!!! I am now in a safe haven for woman and love it . Oh and no spiders and NOT one bite in almost a month... Amen to that eh? God Bless u all.

Mistakenly shut my power off on SUNDAY. The day before memorial day. Their office isnt even open today! So you cant call to even inquire about whats going on. If you live in Lakewood, you HAVE to have them for service. They have a monopoly which is precisely why they get away with having virtually ALL 1 star reviews. The 5 star reviews you should read and ask yourself. Are they being honest? Or do they work for the company looking to boost the reviews? Your call. Our firm will be looking into complaints and practices and recommend and audit of their books. So everyone rest assured... if tfhey have been honest, we will know. If not, we will know. Either way... It's time to shed some "light" on this company.
