I absolutely love Koko! This is the first/only fitness facility that I have been to that I have actually stayed at...and used. Having a personalized/customized fitness program is awesome! Zero guessing as to what to do next: how many reps, how much weight or what pace. There are cardio machines also. This is a small place so it is easy to make friends and I now look forward to going and "working out." This is NOT a "meat market" like you have at a typical gym. The staff is amazing, helpful and fun! The members that I have gotten to know has also helped in my enjoyment of working out. I am so very glad I came across KokoFit Club! I hope to be a member for life.
