Front desk staff and Dr. Nelson very nice and made my visit a quick and pleasant one. Love the technology that is available for eye exams at Lens Crafters.

We were late for our appointments due to road closure and traffic. I did call ahead and let them know. Staff was understanding and made sure we both were seen and were helpful with picking out frames and explaining our benefits. New technology was used to map our eyes which sure beats dialation. Dr. Knight was fabulous in explaining what he was looking at in the pictures. I felt valued as a customer and will continue to go there.
