Contacted them through email looking to test drive and purchase the 2018 Accord. Scheduled an appointment with the dealer I was having a conversation On Saturday. A few days before the appointment, a sales manager emailed me and asked me what model, trim, and color I wanted and how much I was looking to pay. I responded back and heard nothing. Saturday rolls around and I make my way up. So, three things happened that soured my experience with Klein Honda. 1)When I arrived, the dealer I was having a nice chat with through emails was out for the day. You know, there is a reason why we make appointments. I did not receive any email, text, or call saying that he would be out. 2) They did not have the color that I responded back to the sales manager with. The timeframe of them getting that color is 4 months. So, there was pretty much no reason for me to drive up. Again, no email, text, or call from the sales manager telling me that they would not be able to get the color in. 3) When the newly appointed dealer found out that they wouldn't have the color in, he asked me condescendingly, "Are you buying the car for you or for other people? If you're in the car, it doesn't matter what the color is." I mean, come on. What kind of a question is that? I know that you're trying to sell a car. But that line of questioning and convincing just makes it seem like you're a jerk. Of course I'm buying it for myself. When I look outside, I want to see a car that I like seeing. When I'm in the car, I can see the hood color perfectly. 1/5 Experience all around.
