I had a small accident a few months back. The passenger front & side was scratched and the plastic trim need to be replace. The mirror dented at the base but not broken. Anyway, the man @ the counter was very friendly when I took the car in. When it was done while picking it up open the trunk, multiple item were laying around. I though, may be they were in a hurry, that's okay no big deal. A few days later, my gf just saw that the panel where the seal belt were cover, was pop open. I tried to put it snap it back, but no used. I took the card back to the shop, asking them to fixed it. They said, they didn't touch that part. I said all I know was that my card was fine before (wth would I pull that part out?). Anyway they struggled to pop it back in (I have no idea how). All I can tell you is what ever part they put it (the plastic trim etc..) is now loose, it's movable and worse than that there is always this kuk kuk noise when driving. I'm disappointed, and i'll never recommend this place to anyone. If you love your car, please go somewhere else. btw The dented mirrow is still dented, I didn't even bother going back.
