We built a custom home through Kingston in one of their sub-divisions. Chris and Chuck were great to work with. They are knowledgeable, accommodating, and honest. Chris found a floorplan for us from a local architect as I wasn't happy with the stock Kingston floorplans. The plan had never been built before. We modified it per our preferences and Chuck and crew did the rest. Cost estimates for upgrades were provided promptly. Chris is a pretty good wanna-be architect.
