Kim Phuong | Vietnamese Restaurant

I came to this place and I think their food is good. The only reason I only gave them 3 stars because they need to have better customer service. I was standing there to wait for someone to acknowledge me to get a table. There were 3 waiters passing me by without a nod or even saying hello. I finally asked one waitress if they have a room for me. Of course there were, they weren't even busy. I just thought they need to acknowledge their customers so people like me don't feel ignored.
