We got our doctor to contact Kids at Play Therapy to give them a referral for our child. The referral obviously went through because then Kids At Play Therapy mailed us information and forms to fill out about our child. We filled all the papers out (it took a long time as there are a lot of detailed questions) and we mailed it back to them in June 2014. We have been calling them multiple times to get the ball rolling and they weren't calling back. They finally called us and left a message on our answering machine saying that they never got a referral from our doctor. I called back and once again left a message because they never answer their phone. I said, "Please call us back. Our doctor did give you a referral because you are the ones who sent us the forms in the first place." They still have not called back. Its October now and we are moving on to another provider.
Tanya truly cares about her kids, you can see it in everything she does. My daughter took to her right away. Tanya answers every question, even if you ask a million like I do. She communicates everything so that the parent always feels involved and informed. And all the same goes for Kari as well. She has a positivity about her that shows strongly. As far as the office in general, it's always very clean and the ladies that work at the front desk are friendly, helpful and professional.
