I went in for a assessment today and I am ASTOUNDED at how nice, accommodating, and non-judgmental treatment I got today, Every staff member was above and beyond kind and helpful, even though I didn't have full disclosure on my insurance policies just yet. They waited patiently for their receptionist who worked promptly to assess my care access with brilliant understanding and I thank them so much for that. I came early to not be a hindrance and I felt I was at the time, but they assured me they understood. They were totally transparent about my insurance coverage and also went so far as to check with my policy that I would be covered for a certain treatment before scheduling me for it. A fine business.
