4 bank personnel, 2 customers. One teller helping one customer, one personnel just standing, one in front of his cubicle, and one sitting by his desk. waiting for 10 mins and nobody even bother to say anything or make it fast for customer who's trying to get to work but needed to do a quick transaction. Keybank sucks!!!
