Poulsbo RV Kent

I called Poulsbo RV in Kent to make an appointment to have some recall work done. Unlike other places I had called, Poulsbo was glad to have my business even though my wife and I didn’t purchase the RV from them. I expected good service from Poulsbo because they’d done a great job of selling a former RV of ours on consignment a few years ago; I wasn’t disappointed. On the phone, Craig was friendly and thorough. He answered all my questions clearly. He was the same yesterday when we brought in our rig. The facility in Kent is clean and nicely decorated. The staff, including the cleaning crew, is friendly and helpful. These are clearly people happy with their jobs and proud of their organization. The waiting area has comfortable furniture, a large TV, and a thoughtful array of drinks and snacks. We drove out with confidence in our repair and happiness with the entire experience.
