Very friendly. They are very willing to help you in whatever way they can. Very nice facilities, too. The only downside is that they tend to over-offer procedures that aren't covered by insurance. They aren't super pushy about it, but they bring them up fairly often. Other than that, though, they are a great place to get your eyes checked.
