I highly recommend this jeweler! I am EXTREMELY particular about what I like and am pretty hard to please, and I have been blown away by the quality of service and craftsmanship at Ken Walker.
My boyfriend and I came in one day after looking at engagement rings in shops all over the region. I wanted something a bit old-fashioned and different, but everywhere we had gone, everything looked the same. We had also had some terrible experiences with really high pressure salespeople that left us feeling frustrated and discouraged.
Right away we noticed that Ken Walker had tons of options that we had never seen anywhere else. Then Stacey, the owner, helped me choose the perfect ring without any pressure at all. I also had a few questions about customization, and she got the info right away. Then Stacey brought in a number of oval diamonds for me to see. Since I'm really picky and we had a strict budget, it took a few weeks and a few viewings to find just the right stone.
Stacey was so patient and kind during the whole process, and still never pressured us. She was considerate of our budget, and she made us feel like part of the family.
This shop is the kind of place where they actually care about their customers, and that is so rare. I'm already planning to buy my boyfriend's (soon to be fiancé!) ring through them, as well as some Christmas gifts for family. Obviously I can't say enough good things!
