Horrible customer service values (both employees and management)... they would rather be "right" than admit a wrong doing... very misleading in sales, especially when it comes to the rewards program. Absolutely disappointed and will be returning the ring that I love due the the fact that I refuse to work with the people at this location.

They don't tell you that any adjustments or fixes have to be sent out of state for weeks at a time. Now waiting for a ring that has taken almost 6 weeks to resize. Horrible customer service!!!!
