I have never received such awful service from a medical professional in my life. The doctor had zero interest in helping me, every time I asked a question she told me I would have to go to another doctor for the answer (and therefore pay more) If you want real help go just about any where else.

Excellent. People have little patience. Understanding that Group Health/Kaiser has been going through transition. When going to my appointments I've heard and seen rude people. Me me me attitude, bedwetters complain... they behave like they are something special. Hope your teaching or have taught your children better. Been with this organization for over 30 years, overall it's been Good
