Kaiser Permanente Cascade Park Medical Office

This was a nice facility to visit for my medical needs. Very easy to find a parking spot near the entrance as they have a massive parking lot with ADA ramps in place. The facility is easy to navigate inside, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It feels very cozy for a medical office. I was able to get my treatment and leave relatively quickly.

Beautiful campus, wonderful staff. My only downstar rating is because this facility should have a registration counter, like all other Kaiser facilities. It's super confusing, you make an appointment and you're supposed to know what module to go to instantly, very frustrating. I can't imagine what it's like for an elderly patient? At the very least, they should have those check in kiosk(s) in the lobby area so people can check in, pay and go to whatever waiting room they should be at courtesy of the kiosk printout.
