UPDATE: The owner called and explained the error. Although I was very bothered by my experience on Thursday, I understand errors happen. Needless to say, I will use this place again; the way my situation was handled thereafter was professional and understandable. PREVIOUS: Terrible service. I never write reviews, but I had to today. I ordered some flowers for my grandmother's birthday and I was charged immediately but her flowers never arrived. I called and spoke to a female who claimed she wasn't able to get ahold of the delivery driver and asked me to call back for an update. I continued to call and they stopped answering my calls eventually. So mad but mostly disappointed that I trusted this place to attempt to deliver flowers. FAIL.
