Journeys

Always shop at journeys no where else. My kiddos love vans and chucks. This is mid April .I spent $300+ in store last weekend in febuary. Out of the 7 pairs ordered. 2 or my little girl were not available le so we had to order them. I never received them but waited the 6 weeks before calling. Not only does my receipt show they ordered the wrong size (I should have triple checked we all know how shopping with 3 littles can be) but I never received the 2 pairs for my baby girl. We expected our order by the beginning of the week after....we shopped and bought her whole spring wardrobe around these 3 pairs she had picked. I called thought something would be done after I was told they would contact ups. I understand busy seasons but I'm a good paying customer I don't go elsewhere but frankly I feel they just wanted the sale and could care less if my baby gets her shoes....still we wait
