JOANN Fabrics and Crafts

This store is a train wreck. I’m not familiar with other JoAnns, so I’m not certain if it’s s corporate issue or a local management problem. I try to avoid going here, but since it’s the only real fabric store in town, sometimes I have to brave it. The store is frequently disheveled and no employees are ever seen for customer service on the sales floor. Which explains why we were able to experience the following event: I smelled a strong odor of paint while shopping with my young daughter. I then noticed an adult man huffing by a spraying paint on shelving. I proceeded to call the store on my phone (as I knew I could get an associate more quickly that way) and report the activity. Management appeared from the back and took care of the problem pretty quickly. However, if management was actually out on the floor the incident likely would have never happened.
