Ordered 2 sandwiches. 1 for me and 1 for my wife. My wife's sandwhich was not suppose to have cheese. She is lactose and has stomach pains if when she eats dairy. She ate half the sandwich then realized it wasn't just ranch on her #26 but melted American cheese. Employees need to stay focused on what exactly the customer request becuase if she was allergic this would have been alot worse than just stomach pain....
