The Center on Everett Mall Way: Manager, VERY unprofessional general behavior. It's like the (can't-put-the-manager-name) show over there. Food is TERRIBLE. It caused excessive gas, too expensive, and they would not refund for the food! They gave $20 back and it took over a month to get that! The food is injected with soy protein that causes gas in a lot of people. I was out $168 and a freezer full of food I couldn't eat. As far as the online plan goes...WAY too convoluted. There is no set plan to eat by and I saw many people asking for that (a menu plan) on the posts, There is no structure and the "tools" provided online are a time-consuming mess. You can get better food trackers for free on your iphone. I was shocked how bad the plan is considering all the commercials. Needing diet help? Keep looking. This isn't it.
